About me in 60 seconds

 

PERSONAL

 

I was born in Riga (Latvia) and I speak fluently several languages: English, Russian and Latvian.

Since my teenager years I always wanted to stand out from the crowd hence I begun to style my hair and create wild hairstyles, dyed my hair in all rainbow colours. I felt that I need to express myself this way.

At the age of 15 while browsing through newspapers I came across a post that Hairdressing College was recruiting new students for their course. That was it! From that moment I knew that I wanted to be a hairdresser. I had enrolled on that day and since then my career as a hairdresser has begun!

 

PROFESSIONAL

 

While studying I have participated in various hairdressing events and competitions (please see my hairdressing certifications and awards). 2002 is the official date when my career as a hairdresser kicked off. After successfully completing the course I have worked in the top hairdressing salons in Riga such as Šade and Dzintreks; on the Latvian National Television channel "LTV-7"; participated in the Riga Fashion week shows as well as was styling hair for show biz celebrities while was a team member of famous show ballet TODES in Moscow. 

In 2008 I came to London to work for TONY&GUY and decided to stay and learn from this vibrant and full of creativity city. So I would never stop developing within the hair and beauty industry as well as I wanted to share my skills and expertise with you!

Currently I am self-employed and fully insured mobile hairdresser in London covering most of it's areas; providing bespoke mobile hairdressing services 7 days a week.
